Elia Ballesteros

Elia Ballesteros and Kate Campbell met when they studied Film together at Edinburgh College of Art, graduating in 2010. Through many collaborations they discovered that they shared a similar perspective on film making and were able to both challenge and enrich each others’ ideas and work. In common they have a love of character driven story telling and poetic use of imagery that invites the audience to reflect. “Ahora, No” is their first collaboration as co-directors, and their first professional short since graduation. It was shot in Spain with an international crew.
