Rocky Mountain Women’s Film Festival
We’re excited to welcome you back in 2021! The same great films with the same great community of film lovers, but this year in a NEW location – downtown Colorado Springs! And for those of you that can’t make it to the theater, or want to re-watch something you loved from our in-person event, hop online the following weekend for the Virtual Encore where you can enjoy the same line-up from the comfort of your home. More details to come in September, but for now save the date(s)!
Thank you for making a unique year simply extraordinary! Whether in-person or virtually, we’re grateful to build community around film and were honored to screen 40 of the year’s best films and host nine filmmakers. All-in-all the festival never fails to deliver an inspiring experience, not only because of the quality film and talented filmmakers, but because of our engaged audience and extremely generous sponsors. Again, thank you and we can’t wait to see you in 2022!

More than a Festival
Rocky Mountain Women’s Film has provided more than twenty events this year ranging from free office screenings, outdoor film, award-winning shorts, and exclusive events with filmmakers.
Each year we strive to share stories through film that compel, entertain, touch, inspire, and provoke us to become a more empathetic and connected community. Check out our year-round programming, featured events, and special pop-up events happening each month.
Every month Rocky Mountain Women’s Film hosts a screening in our office to share a film or films from our vast library with both new fans and seasoned cinefiles.
We highlight a feature-length film or a collection of short films from a previous Festival pulling from the Madelyn Osur Film Library. These screenings are free and open to the public. (Seating is limited, so plan to reserve your space in advance!)
Volunteers founded this organization and continue to be its heartbeat. Rocky Mountain Women’s Film has built a network of volunteers and is always seeking to add additional passionate film fans to our event volunteer list.
